قوقل بدأت التحقيق في احتراق شاشات هواتف “بيكسل 2 إكس إل”

أكّدت شركة قوقل لموقع Android Central أنها بدأت التحقيقات في مشاكل احتراق الشاشات التي بدأت بالظهور مؤخّرًا، وذلك عبر اختبارات جودة مُكثّفة للوقوف على سبب المشاكل الأصلي.
واشتكى بعض مستخدمي هواتف قوقل الجديدة أنهم وبعد أسبوع من الاستخدام احترقت الشاشة بحيث يظهر جزء منها بلون رمادي وكأنها معطوبة على الرغم من عدم تعرّض الجهاز لأية عوامل خارجية غير طبيعية.
وبشكل عام، لا يُمكن عرض نفس العناصر على شاشات “أوليد” OLED لفترة طويلة لأن هذا سيؤدي لاحتراق مصابيح الإنارة. لكن هذا بعد فترة طويلة جدًا من الاستخدام وليس بعد أسبوع واحد فقط.
ولم تكن مُشكلة احتراق الشاشة الوحيدة، فالبعض ذكر أن الألوان لا تظهر بشكل صحيح، والبعض الآخر أشار إلى أنها تظهر مع طبقة زرقاء عند النظر من الأطراف للشاشة.
ولا يُمكن الوقوف على الأسباب أو تأكيد أن المُشكلة موجودة في جميع الأجهزة، فالتقارير مُتفرّقة حتى الآن، وتسعى الشركة لتحليل كل شيء لمعرفة السبب الأصلي.
Google Central has confirmed that it has begun investigating the problems of burning screens that have recently begun to appear, through extensive quality tests to find out the cause of the original problems.
Some new Google phone users complained that after a week of use, the screen was burned so that a portion of it appeared gray, as though damaged, although the device was not exposed to any abnormal external factors.
In general, the same items can not be displayed on OLED screens for a long time because this will cause lighting lamps to burn. But this is after a very long period of use and not after just one week.
It was not the only screen burning problem, some mentioned that the colors do not appear correctly, others indicated that they appear with a blue layer when looking from the sides of the screen.
The causes can not be ascertained or the problem is confirmed in all the devices. The reports are scattered so far, and the company is trying to analyze everything to find out the original cause.
