قوقل تزيد فترة الكفالة وتعد بتحديثات جديدة لهواتف بيكسل 2 بسبب مشاكل الشاشة..
توجّه مهُندسوا شركة قوقل لمنتديات الدعم الفنّي الخاصّة بالشركة للإجابة على تساؤلات ومشاكل المُستخدمين من أصحاب هواتف “بيكسل 2″ و”بيكسل 2 إكس إل” الذين واجهوا مشاكل كبيرة خلال الفترة الماضية.
وقال أحد المسؤولين عن العتاد في قوقل إن الشركة زادت فترة الكفالة من سنة إلى سنتين لجميع أجهزة “بيكسل 2” الصادرة هذا العام، وهذا ردًّا على مشاكل الشاشة وتعطّل مصابيح الإضاءة الموجودة فيها. مؤكّدًا أن شاشات “بيكسل 2 إكس إل”، وهي “أوليد” OLED، تعمل بنفس آلية عمل شاشات بقية الشركات ولا توجد مشاكل غريبة على حد تعبيره.
وذكر أحد المُهندسين أن قوقل ستقوم بإطلاق تحديث يقوم بالحد من درجة سطوع الأجهزة الجديدة مع إضافة تأثيرات في إضاءة شريط الأزرار. كما سيحمل التحديث وضع ألوان جديد لمستخدمي “بيكسل 2” بحيث تظهر الألوان بشكل صحيح.
أخيرًا، وحول الأصوات التي تُصدرها السمّاعة، ذكرت الشركة أنها ستُطلق تحديث للحد من هذه المُشكلة التي يُمكن التخلّص منها بشكل مؤقت عبر تعطيل خاصيّة NFC لنقل البيانات.
الجدير بالذكر أن الشركة لم تقم بالحديث عن ظهور طبقة زرقاء اللون على الشاشة عند النظر إليها من زوايا مُختلفة، الأمر الذي قد يبقى على حاله دون تغيير حتى بعد صدور التحديثات الجديدة..
