| أمازون ومايكروسوفت ترفعان دعوى قضائية على ترامب بسبب حظر الهجرة
منذ أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي الحالي “دونالد ترامب” عن ترشحه للرئاسة والجدل لا يتوقف يومًا حوله، وبعد توليه مهام منصبه رسميًا قام باتخاذ قرار أثار الرأي العام الأمريكي عامةً وشركات التقنية خاصةً، حيث أصدر قرار بحظر الهجرة من بعض البلاد بعينها إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
بعد انطلاق القرار مباشرة قام النائب العام في واشنطن برفع دعوى قضائية ضد قرار ترامب الذي يمنع المهاجرين من بعض البلاد بعينها (سبع بلاد إسلامية) من دخول الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ويحظر دخول اللاجئين السوريين مدى الحياة، ولاحقًا قامت شركة أمازون الأمريكية بالانضمام إلى الدعوى لتشكيل تحالف ضد الرئيس الأمريكي أمام القضاء، ثم لحقتها مايكروسوفت مؤخرًا للانضمام إلى هذا التحالف.
جدير بالذكر أنّ الكثير من شركات التقنية الأمريكية ستتضرر جراء هذا القرار التعسُّفي من الرئيس الأمريكي، حيث تحاول هذه الشركات توظيف المواهب أينما وُجدت على وجه الأرض، ناهيك عن الانضمام إلى الرأي العام ومحاولة إثبات أنّها -الشركات- ضد أي تمييز.
