YouTube allocates 10,000 employees to combat bad content
بعد لغط كبير حول المقاطع الاباحية المخلة في يوتيوب وخصوصاً من الاطفال أعلن فريق يوتيوب عن الاستراتيجية الجديدة للحد من ارتفاع محتوى العنف والعنصرية والمحتوى الاباحي والتطرف العنيف داخل يوتيوب .
الرئيس التنفيذي ليوتيوب سوزان وجسيكي ذكرت أن الشركة استمثرت كثيراً في الذكاء الاصطناعي لمحاولة جعل يوتيوب مكان أكثر أماناً للاطفال حيث ساهمت هذه الخوارزميات في إزالة 70% من المحتوى المخالف لكن رغم ذلك لازال الموقع بحاجة للاشرف البشري الأكثر صرامة في الوقت الحالي.
لجل المشكلة ذكرت السيدة وجسيكي ان يوتيوب قررت تعزيز فريق الاشراف على المحتوى ليصل إلى 10000 موظف بحلول 2018 بالاضافة إلى توسيع شبكة الأكاديميين والخبراء الذين سيساعدون الشركة على فهم القضايا الجديدة .
واضافت إن يوتيوب تنوي ايضاً زيادة الفريق المخصص للاعلانات لضمان ظهور الاعلانات في المكان المناسب وعلى الفيديو المناسب وهذا يعني المزيد من التدخل اليدوي لضبط الأمور.
يوتيوب أكدت انها تبذل الكثير من الجهود حيث تم إزالة 150 الف مقطع فيديو واكثر من 625 الف تعليق و اغلقت اكثر من 270 قناة ما اعلنت في نوفمبرمؤكدة ان الجهود مستمرة لتحسين بيئة يوتيوب في المستقبل.

YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki said the company had been heavily involved in artificial intelligence to try to make YouTube a safer place for children. The algorithms contributed to removing 70% of the infringing content, but the site still needs the most stringent human dignity at the moment.
To address the problem, Ms. Vijski said that YouTube decided to strengthen the content control team to reach 10,000 by 2018 as well as expand the network of academics and experts who will help the company understand new issues.
YouTube also plans to increase ad groups to ensure ads appear in the right place and on the right video, which means more manual intervention.
YouTube confirmed that it is making a lot of efforts as 150 thousand video clips were removed and more than 625 thousand comments were closed and more than 270 channels were announced in November, stressing that efforts are continuing to improve the YouTube environment in the future.
