تنطلق في الثامنة والنصف مساءً بتوقيت القاهرة فعاليات حفل أفضل لاعب في العالم "ذا بيست" والتي تشهد ظهور النجم المصري محمد صلاح لاعب ليفربول ضمن المنافسين على الجائزة.
ومن المقرر أن يتم نقل فعاليات حفل "ذا بيست" عبر شاشة "بي إن سبورتس الاخبارية" و"أون سبورت".
وينافس صلاح نجم ليفربول الثنائي كريستيانو رونالدو نجم المنتخب البرتغالي ولاعب يوفنتوس الإيطالي الحالي والسابق لريال مدريد، بجانب لاعب وسط منتخب كرواتيا وريال مدريد لوكا مودريتش.
صلاح ليس للمرة الأولى ينافس رونالدو ومودريتش حيث سبق وأن نافس الثنائي على جائزة أفضل لاعب في أوروبا والتي شهدت حصول لوكا على الجائزة فيما جاء رونالدو ثانيًا وصلاح ثالثًا وفقًا للاختيارات.
وكانت شبكة "سكاي سبورت" أشارت في الساعات الماضية إلى أن النجم البرتغالي كريستيانو رونادو لن يكون متواجدًا في الحفل لتكون هذه هيّ المرة الثانية الذي يغيب فيها الدون عن الظهور بعدما غاب عن حفل توزيع جوائز أفضل لاعب في أوروبا والتي أقيمت بموناكو الفرنسية.
